This application is available to Uniud's internal users only.

To ensure its operation and security, restrictions are placed on the content of the long URL used. In detail:

1. it must be a syntactically correct URL
2. schema: must be one of: http; https; ftp. 
3. host: must meet one of these rules:
   • must be of type *.uniud.it (ad es. people.uniud.it; www.uniud.it)
   • or: of type "*.uniudamce-my.sharepoint.com"
   • or: of type "*.uniudamce.sharepoint.com"
   • or: of type "teams.uniud.it"
   • or: of type "forms.office.com"
   • or: of type "*.unityfvg.it"
4. Additional rules may be introduced without notice to improve the security and functionality of the service
5. Extensions of the above restrictions are possible on request (please contact  the author)

The generated Short Url will always have this form:

https://goto.uniud.it/to/nnnn   (where "nnnn"  is a unique number automatically generated by the system).

We don't use content tracers as Google Analytics or similar.

The service is currently experimental.
